Units are enclosed, dry and ventilated; nothing sits directly on the floor — everything goes on pallets. Furniture is wrapped, appliances are stored upright, textiles go in boxes that do not draw moisture. At handover we write down every item and both sides sign it, so there is never a question later about what came in.
You can visit your unit by appointment whenever you like, add things, take things out, or just check on it. It is your room.
