Our own team then goes to the address, wraps the furniture and collects everything — no subcontracted movers involved, so there is one company accountable for your things from start to finish. At pickup we photograph and list every item, and that inventory is shared with you. The contract is signed digitally and payment is made by bank transfer.
After that your household sits in a private locked unit under 24/7 CCTV, insured, until you say otherwise. Someone you trust can be your point of contact in Istanbul, or you can handle everything yourself from wherever you are.
Tell us the date and the address. We deliver anywhere in Türkiye — the same home, a new city, or straight to a shipping company if you decide to have it sent on after all. Every item is checked against the original inventory at delivery.
Many of our customers store with us for a year or more between postings. Long stays get a lower monthly rate, so tell us upfront if you expect to be away a while — it changes the price in your favour.
Food, live plants and animals, flammable or explosive materials, and anything illegal. Vehicles and motorcycles are possible in the right unit provided the fuel tank is emptied — ask us first.
Yes. We arrange access with whoever holds the keys, collect and wrap everything, and send you a photographed inventory. The contract is digital and payment is by bank transfer — your presence is not required.
As long as you need — one month or several years. Rentals run monthly and extend automatically as long as you want them to. Rates improve for longer stays.
Yes, items stored with us are covered by insurance. The scope and limits are written into your contract.
